Natasha Mosley is Director of Single Family Development for the Menkiti Group in Washington DC, where she oversees a portfolio of assets worth more than $25M and manages all construction for the division. In this episode Natasha shares how she moved from Atlanta to DC during the depths of the financial crisis, and parlayed her skills as a wholesaler into a role as an executive with one of the largest development firms in the DMV. She opens up about the struggle to build a career as a single mom with no support system, and shares her frustration at the lack of female representation in the industry.
